I started working out lifting I started with 10 pounds then got to 15 pounds and I’ve stayed their pretty much all the time though their was a 2 month Period where I did the same workout to times a day instead of one I’d lift take a break then go back and I saw 30 percent growth the only reason I ended the streak was since it gave me a bruise on my shoulder and couldn’t do it probably did wrong form though in cardio I hit 400 Cals elliptical and can run I think about 3 miles in 21 mins Just guessing. I do this daily on everything I typed

Great video! I love how you simplified bicep training with just two effective exercises while also explaining the science behind them. The tips on form and progressive overload were super helpful! A bit of trimming on repetitive points could make it even more engaging, but overall, awesome job making this actionable and easy to follow. Definitely inspired to try that superset strategy!

I’ve been sticking to a simple workout routine, and focusing on just a few key exercises really does make a difference for growth. Pairing that with a steak and eggs diet has fueled my progress, but adding creatine, which I found in Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman, has been a game-changer for recovery and muscle strength.

There is something wrong with me, I have bizarre love of reverse barbell curl, even though it spreads load into foreams. Functionally prevents injury from repeatedly lifting 10lb equipment one handed grip, 5-600x times a day, week at a time.

Doing bicep curls with a straight bar is uncomfortable. I'd choose an EZ-Bar over a straight bar when doing curls, and even then standard bicep curls exercise is garbage. I would replace it with at least a cable curl or incline curls.

I've been training for 59 years off and on. I still hold a Texas State raw bench press record that was a national record a few years ago. I did not hear one thing I disagree with in your vid. Props brother! Sub'd

Great video! Was trying to narrow my biceps workout down to essentials needed for growth so this came out at the right time. Thanks for keeping it simple.

Hey folks!
Thank you for this cool video! I have a question though: is there a variation for the preacher curl if one doesn't have access to the machine

Get shallow tubs that can slide on 2x4s like those large tub racks. Put one directly below the saw to catch debris and others as drawers to hold stuff

The incline dumbbell curl hits the long head of the biceps, not the short head and hammer curls hit the brachioradialis not the long head

I’ve been working out for 3 months and I don’t notice a difference on muscles just burnt fat. I guess I gotta keep being consistent.
