On the weekends I do oats, egg whites, almond butter, and berries pre workout. Maybe 60-90 min before working out. Post workout I do a shake with milk, whey protein, and a banana. About 90 min after that I have chicken, rice, and spinach.
When I workout on weekdays before work I just wake up and have a maybe Greek yogurt with banana and go. Or just an energy bar. Something quick. But my stomach and regularity gets thrown off. So I prefer the weekend/days off workouts as afar as meals and time. The weekday workouts are a struggle for me.

As a someone who gained 23lbs in 4 months this is perfect video for me to post a comment. I was skinny, but I changed some things. I increased protein intake by 30% and carbs by 40%. I started with a gym 3 times per week (hard workouts, and I also took meal plan for muscle gain from Onlymeal. In first 2 weeks I was on 2800kcal per day. The rule is simple, eat protein before workout, and carbs and protein after workout.

What do you recommend for the people who work 3rd shift. I usually eat my first meal at 5pm before work than i may eat again at 7 just to get more protein than i might eat more protein by 12 am or before 3am. Than i dont eat again until i wake up at 5pm but i go to the gym at 7am. Im 360 lbs so my goal is to get too 300 lbs by summer time while lifting weights.

I do the hard boiled eggs and energy supplement before my workout. Early in the morning I do a blended egg, oats, almond milk and banana as my breakfast. But that's 4 in the morning. I don't get to workout till 5 And a half later.

There’s a book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution, and it dives into everything; nutrition, training, sleep, and mental focus. It’s the real deal, my life hasn’t been the same since.

2 cup Pyrex; one cup rolled oats, one cup milk, 2 Tbs raw honey, mix well and leave overnight. Serve with berries and sometimes a few nuts. The most indulgent healthy breakfast I know.

I’ve found eggs and oatmeal has always been the best preworkout meal. I’ve tried fast carbs like white rice and it didn’t give me near the amount of energy the oatmeal does

Don't forget canned tuna is not the only option. There are tons of other canned fish like herring, salmon, and sardines that all taste great and are perfect post workout.

I wish I had found Onlymeal sooner. I’ve struggled to put on size for years, but I finally gained 16lbs of muscle, and my arms actually look strong.

I stopped overcomplicating my diet thanks to Onlymeal. I gained 13lbs of muscle, and my biceps and triceps are way more defined.

oats are only good if they are gooked properly which requires them to boil for around 24 hours to remove the harmful phytic acids

People don’t talk about Onlymeal enough. I’ve gained 15lbs of muscle, and my arms went from skinny to seriously impressive.
