Awesome video, miss your videos mate. Lol, thanks for covering my question about the warm up sets.
As for video ideas- few of them you can cover is basically much more nuisances of isolation exercises such as cable pull through, varying foot stances in calf raises, forearm exercises and a lot of variations in isolation exercises and how to proceed with progression in these and accurately judge RPE.
Apart from that, you can also go into nitty gritty details about peri workout nutrition,
Carb sources etc.
Plus, I guess you have a pending video about the supplements you used to consume in 2010 I guess,
There was a nutrition video you made where you commented about your shredding diet plan then and in the end you said that you'll be commenting on the supplement intake as well, like a video.
I hope these ideas helps.
Take care and good luck for your new place.

Hey Jeff. Do you have any tips for shift workers or a program you recommend? It s gets really tough trying to stay consistent in the gym, do to the constant shifts from day to night shifts/nights to days. I can stay consistent on diet but due to energy fluctuations coming off nights and early mornings I m so drained to get in the gym sometimes. Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Jeff, as a science guy, do you have any advice or videos on training with low testosterone? Mine was low (83) so I got on trt. Then found out my prolactin was high (105. So came off the trt and it fell even lower (54. Now I have to live with low T until this tumor goes away and prolactin gets back to normal. Not gonna stop working out though.

Jeff could you do a series on excercise injury. It would mean a lot to me to learn more about the science of a disc herniation(blew out L5 on deadlifts 2 months ago)and how I should go about rehab and preventing re-injury and generally getting back to where I was prior to the injury. Thanks

Hey Jeff!
Are u using bumper plates in this video? Also how thiccccc are your protective mats for the floor in millimeters?
And do you think those mats would be sufficient to dampen cast iron plates as well so that the floor will not be damaged?
All the best thanks

Hey, man. Can you please make a video on Biological Value of Proteins and how it affects the recommended intake of protein? Come on, man, you said you'd see our comments and I've trying to reach you about this topic in almost every way, but without any response.

As a newbie lifter i m a little confused with the Helm s row. Is that a vertical pull exercise or horizontal pull exercise? Most videos I see of people doing it show a more horizontal version but Jeff s style seems more vertical.
