Really good job Jeff hoping you can help me with this. I am trying to figure this out. I'm 45yrs, 180 lbs no abs showing, trying to gain muscle with a full body routine 3 days a week. The stats are 1gram protien per pound of bodyweight. That should be about 36 grams per meal at five meals that's 24hrs - 8hrs sleep that's 16hrs = 3. 2 hrs make it 3, that's 36grams every three hrs. Hope you're with me. I heard you only absorb about 20 grams per serving, that's 16 grams over. What happens to that 16grams, or does the body absorb all the protein you take it each time?

Content is always informational and thought provoking Thanks for your dedication Also I would like to ask if u could make a video on actually programming a powerlifting program and a bodybuilding program separately and together as a powerbuilding program. Things to take into account like weekly total volume, volume per body part, rep ranges and intensity, and also managing intensity, volume, and frequency relationship. I know this is a very loaded question but it has been bothering me for a while and you are the best to tackle and dissect this one. Thanks

Thanks for the video JeffDo you have any tips for progression on Pull-Ups? Right now I can do 2 sets of 6-9 reps depending on the day, and by my 3rd to 4th set set I can only do about 4 or less. I really want to hit 3 sets of 10-12 reps before I start adding weight to my sets, but I've been in this plateau for a while now. Any tips on increasing my reps consistently? I've been doing a whole lot of other exercises like bent over barbell row, pulldowns, cable rows, etc. during my back/pull days. Thanks again for the info

I have 10 years of experience and i just considered myself professional. Mostly because every video i watch for the last 6 months is just the way i do it now, perfect form and even works the best for my body. I still dont give advices or correct anyone else because from person to another the form can be slightly adjusted and also different type of workouts. So i keep my knowledge to myself. I can say that i have about 95% knowledge for gym, and 85% knowledge for diet.

Jeff Nippard would you please take time to figure out and explain what Patrick Moore was saying about not using your core in workouts especially pushes and squats to keep from thickening your waist, he explained a bit of it to Fouad Abiad on his podcast and I wanna implement it to keep my waist incredibly small and tightPlease dig into it and break it down for us big guy

During the end of a lat pull down session. Leaning back a good bit to get the heavier weight but controlling the eccentric can realy improve strength. Same goes with bent over rows. I was stuck for several months on the same weight until i started doing this. My weight on controled sets really improved. Sometime you got to change things up just and bit.

Hey Jeff, can you do a TT for barbell pullover (+decline version. I think it's one the most underrated (if not extinct) exercices out there for back width. I'm currently running a Full body program and it fits perfectly, given it's degree of stimulation for both pecs and back and little bit of triceps. Love ur content btw: ) Love from France.

I don't know why but every time i do pull-ups unless i have a long time to go to the gym i cant feel anything in my back. Its not a strength issue. I can do 10-15 reps yet without mind-muscle connection. As a result, i feel that it's not work for me. The pull-down tho its perfect. If you have any tips I will appreciate it.

I think that swinging weights is more beneficial for beginner lifters, as it basically creates a compound movement which will create overall mass. Isolation and squeezing every muscle is more for intermediate when they have built a base and can judge by what they look like of what to squeeze
