You will certainly end up helping my mom and little sister get the food they need. I don't want to get into it online, but my family has severe dietary issues because of financial issues. It affected me a lot when I first got into bodybuilding/powerlifting, and into your content, so this really means a lot to me. Things are especially hard nowadays. bro the bathtub & shower idea is perfect actually i've been using that since this whole covid19 started and i swear my back, upper chest, and arms are SHOT I like to do pyramids by reducing the water pressure little by little until im just using the resistance from the air. thanks for these amazing tips jeff

If you do the sip curls with wine bottles its more effective. Alcohol is a vasodilator so it increases blood flow to the muscle and wine has reservatrol and antioxidants to boost your immune system against the virus its best to mix wine and milk together for aminos as well

I've been holding my kids while doing 1 legged wall squats Great workout and the kids love it Another is to have them get on my back/shoulders while I do push ups, then I get them off and continue reps with different types of pushups.

Ptft pitiful I lift my bed everyday instead of this. And I curl my cats for biceps, for tricaps I lift my dining room table with everything on it. Damn I can't take this seriously

Landscaping. that's my workout. I've a few cubic yards of dirt to dig and move with a wheelbarrow. it gives that gym buzz. until my gym opens again.
