I always thought you wanted more pulling in your program than pushing to keep your shoulders healthy and keep the posture right. I do understand there is no way for you to train back at the moment, but I'm just wondering what you think about the push: pull ratio in programs and the importance of it

Hi Jeff. Have you visited a chiropractor? I have a hernia ( Schmorl's Hernia) and my discs usually end up out of place, pinching some nerves (with daily activities. Chiropraxy helps a lot.

Wait is 1800-2000 calories for the final week? Or do you recommend that many calories for a normal cut? I'm eating around 2200-2400 with cardio, and I still don't know if that's low enough

Great video Jeff - I only just subbed - how much cardio are you doing at the moment? It would be a dream to diet on 2500 calories even if it meant doing cardio.
