The appreciation for the information and knowledge of what happens with musculature and they body is what wins me over. However, those builds are enhanced by tons of if not steroids, then supplements. I'd like to see what your build would look like if you solely relied on food and didn't ingest any supplements. BTW, Who in the world were those unnatural looking over-muscled creatures that appeared 4: 42 to 5: 06?

Love this vid I totally agree with pull-ups. I also find that crunching my abs and keeping my butt squeezed allows me to engage my lats superiorly, as opposed to other methods.
