When it comes to the best diet to lose weight (also known as a cutting diet, you'll get A LOT of suggestions as to which diet to lose weight fast you should follow. However, the truth is that whether it's keto, intermittent fasting, paleo, and so on, all of these diets work by making it easier for you to eat at a calorie deficit. These diets don't have a secret fat loss effect which has been proven time and time again in the literature. Simply meaning that the best weight loss diet or the best diet for abs for example is the one that you can adhere to the best. However, weight loss is one thing and fat loss is a whole other variable which is MUCH more important when it comes to improving your physique. When it comes to optimizing the best fat loss diet, you need to pay attention to how much protein, fats, and carbs you're ingesting on a daily basis. I go through how to optimize each of these factors to create the best fat burning diet in my video. I also show a daily nutrition/meal plan (full day of eating) for fat loss with various examples/macros of what I personally eat on a daily basis. i have to say when i want to supper speed my weight loss i dont eat after 1700 at night and about 2300 i will do a 30 min hard cardio work out then go straight to sleep. after a pint of cold water the fact that i have not eaten a good 5 hours before the workout seams to turbo charge my weight loss. your body dose a lot of work while you sleep and because you have drained your body off all energy while you sleep your body will raid your fat stores and replenish your muscles/ liver/blood with energy when i wake up i can feel the lose of fat. i have to say it is very very very hard doing a 30 min hard work out just before you go to sleep but it really works i also get a really good sleep as well

The #1 thing is a planned and structured diet because the only way for your body to burn fat is to use it as need to eat below your energy maintenance level (in terms of calories) and your fat cells will be used to compensate for the missing energy (calories. That's how your body are other things to consider as well, such as hormonal status, a caloric deficit is a have a lot of online diet planners and calculators, like Agoge weight is just simple

Thank you for this. Im going to give it a try. Im tired of starting some bland diet (chick and broccoli) or some other diet only to give up a few days later and eat fast food. its awful, I bust my ass at the gym and in fairly decent shape, I just need to lose 35lbs and Ill be set, its just getting started is whats difficult.

Umm that multiplying your weight in lbs is majorly flawed because Im tall and just 4kg over my ideal weight and if I was to multiply my calories by 13 of my weight in lbs I would be eating 500 calories over the recommended daily intake for the average man

If I eat fast food, 3000 calories are easy to achieve but when it comes to healthy food even getting to 2000 calories are difficult.
I have to eat like 4 or 5 times a day.

So should you calculate your protein and fat intake according to the weight you currently weight, or the weight you are trying to reach?
