The key is to exercise, if you do a 5-10km run/jog in the morning followed by a protein shake then weight training in the evening (aim to burn 400-500 calories in that second workout of the day) then youll be set to lose weight gradually. In my case I realise been someone with a Lion cronotype, someone who needs to do a lot things on the morning. I find training while fasting better for my phycological health, mood and the way the boody feels. If I have a meal on the first hours of the morning, I gain more fat, feel unproductive, but I could have an amazing for workout: ( but I would feel unproductive after the workout and kinda desoriented.

I've just started my journey. Thank you for the information.
If I work out at 5: 00 a. m. and don't have my first meal till noon is that going to harm my muscle growth.
Or should I just have some protein right after I work out and then that's the rest of the day

If I burn 2500 calories a day (including exercise) and I eat 3000 every day but I eat them all in one sitting at 6. 00 p. m. every day, without eating anything else nor drinking anything but water, question, will I loose weight thanks to this form of fasting?

In intermittent fasting, after doing intermittent fasting for maybe 1 or 2 months and achieving the desirable weight what must one do:
A) stop intermittent fasting or
B) continue intermittent fasting
Or
C) please advice if neither a nor b

took my body 2 weeks to adapt. i started on 16s had headache first 2 days. other than that not too bad. But a lot of water does help. some days i would eat a bananas before bed. and still saw results on the 16

I know this video is very old but I was wondering what are the best EAA's to get? There are alot that are not descriptive of how much EAA's are on the label or a description of how many mg for each amino.

If I take my weight 360lbs x 13. its over 4000 calories! That can't be what I eat to lose weight. I eat less than that and still gain. Somethings wrong with that equation lol

Hey Jeremy I followed your video starting Jan/feb and Im down 30lbs. Fasting works guys I did it but I also did weight training as well. Nothing crazy and it worked.
