Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did. I'll give you some tips now. Look for a popular lose weight methods called Custokebon Secrets (just google it. Thanks to it I've lost tons of fat. I shouldn't even be speaking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. Well Singled our protein sources can be dangerous and protein powder is just that. Same with Vitamins. If you takebeta keratin pill it is dangerous for your health but eating vegetable containing it is essential.
If you want high vegan protein source. Try seitan you get 75g protein for 100g. and it is high in lysine and other amino acids. Plus it is dirt cheap if you can make it.

Is it ok to have most of your fruit intake throughout the day in the form of smoothies? I make protein smoothies with fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and not as often as I should I make fruit juices with apples, oranges and lemons.

Plant based is the only option, if you care about climate change. If you don't, fine, eat all the animal products you want. As far as fish, I really feel sorry for the people who eat fish, the most polluted food on our planet.

No plant is high in protein if you need to eat double the amount to match meat. That makes any/every plant extremely low in protein by effectiveness.

How about drinking half a gallon of 2% milk a day. Casin and whey protein come from milk, milk has the amino acids needed and its very nutritional.

Diet is the majority of all muscle building, you just can't ignore it. I had great success with the Agoge Diet plan. Would recommend it to anyone!
