Also don't forget you loose fat from other places first than the place you want. Genetically men, loose fat around the belly LAST. I realized that after a while I wasn't loosing ANY of the little last bit of belly fat eating at 1800 cals (sometimes less) and going go the gym and training hard. It turned out. I was loosing a lot of love handle fat near my flanks. I didn't realize it till I grabbed back there and realized most of what i used to grab on was gone. I'm a pretty athletic guy, I'm 170lbs and 5'11. I'm leanish, but I still can't see my abs. I was freaking out but, the thing is def that I was loosing fat that I didn't really notice that I had in other places first. Just remmeber you might be loosing a ton of fat from a place you usually NEVER look at in the mirror.

For 364 days I trained every day! I trained from 10 minutes to 1 hour depending on how I felt and other factors such as school, fatigue and more. I rarely I ate packaged and fried - but I wasn't on a diet. My workouts are both strength and cardio. I did about three hours of exersising a week.
I am a 16-year-old girl who leads a healthy lifestyle and there are definitely improvements in the shape of my body, but for this year of 61 kg. I became 63kg. My goal was to be 53 kg.
But I'm going to keep chasing that number, so if you don't see a change in the numbers on the scales either. Dude, I feel you. But someday we'll thank to ourself for never giving up!

If all it takes is a couple of avocado toasts to undo your everyday sweat-soaked tshirt, I would suggest to adjust your expectations a bit and work out just for the sole reason that it feels good and generally improves your mood. Especially if you're one of those people stuck at a meaningless office job where you fear your ass will eventually fuse with the chair you sit on for 8 hours straight, if not more.

Small things I've incorporated. Skipping dinner. Eating 2 meals within an 8 hour window so basically IF. Don't over train! Cut the processed food and added sugar. No dairy if you can help it. Take some extra protein. Increase your fibre and fruit intake. Try to consume fruit for breakfast.

Great video Jeremy! To lose fat you need to be in a caloric deficit, so make yourself a diet that will keep you below your maintenance you don't know how to do it, use some online tools like Agoge would've saved so much time and effort if I had known for this earlier.

I weight my food to get accurate calories whilst tracking, I do weight lifting twice a week and HIIT twice a week, eating much more whole food and getting more nutrients, staying in a deficit of around 500-900 if I dont lose weight I will shoot someone
