For a fitness test I am trying to get to 80 pushups. I did 40 pushups last time. I have 2 minutes to do which leave about a 1. 5 sec per pushup time. What are your recomendations to hit this goal. My current workout plan is to 10 sets of half my max and every week or so raise the amount of pushups i attempt per set.

Nice explain. just two questions: 1. what about pushups on two front knuckles(anything should change or keep same points as you mension in video, fist in straight line -in shoulders line-) 2. what with feet? keep them together or as I feel-wider legs for more stable position?

What should I do for breaks, should I do the pushups for 2 days then rest one or no? Also, how many reps and sets a day should I push for?
