Very nice, but i wanted to see his physique from before. Im the same type, recovered addict, but heavy heroin/methadone 15 years injecting, and with the other significant difference- that i got from tottaly straw-thin 65kgs, to athletic, 75kgs, unrecognizable from before, you'd never think i was ever an addict, even more- a really heavy one. Really really extremely heavy and desperate work for 3+ years every night few hours heavy sweat and total discomfort. I worked out during tapering also, meaning, while in withdrawals. If i have to do it all over, but with the knowledge of the terminal discomfort- i would never ever even think about doing it. I still don't remember why i started, but it was while i was still using, tapering down, so the starting was easy, i was still a bit numb, then i tapered heavily and it started to become hell-but i wouldnt want all that nightly suffering to be for nothing, so i followed trough somehow, all those months and then years, and every single time thinking its my last session, it was so rough and pointless looking at the moment. Also never stepped in the gym- everything at home, informing myself from Jeremy, Nippard, Cavalliere, Hermann. All that time isolated and alone. But i lost the first two years because of the apetite, it was really hard for me to shove food while i was depressed to death. Only the last 8-9 months i really started to shove food, and only then i gained 7+kgs, shame for the previous years i didn't believe that food is so important, real shame.

I love to watch people who fell hard and lift themselves up again. Those people who overcome their worst problems/struggles receive a power that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
Light enters you through the wounds from which you bleed

This is incredibly inspiring, what a change holy sh t. I signed up to Jeremy's beginner shred program a while back but I haven't started yet. My motivation has been at an all time low and I'm not in the best place right now, but this gives me hope

Nicely done Jeremy. You and your team found a way to go to a new level, new layer of substance. Not only macros and based science information, but the IMPACT that can have on real people's lifes. Respect brother!

This is a true change in mental and body fitness, this is what fitness and health should be, instead of those unrealistic influencers and their bodies who only care about that. Great work.
