I stopped training for 100 DAYS & this is what happened. Larry: Guys matt s clearly not natural, but you need to understand this is his livelihood, so just let him be, he makes money from sponsorship which probably have NDA s, he also preaches not to eat like him(he s trying to hint that he doesn t actually eat like that but is doing it for the video and so that ppl think he s natural and just has outrageous genetics

I get paid this week so I ll be either ordering some of the MyProtein whey protein mix in salted caramel or maybe a chocolate flavor, and maybe some creatine.
I m testing out some bucked up protein packet samples this week so I m pretty excited. Never bought protein before so this is just the beginning!

Great to see you on the mend Matt. Felt sorry for the Physio during your grilling lols. will be seeing mine in 2 weeks and i feel il be grilling him too. i miss working my legs/lower body. And mate, ur still and monster and strong as F. Take care and dont push too hard.

I find when i stop training, as long as i get the calories or eat right, there was little change in physique and strength.
Endurance is the only thing that suffered and that recovered in a couple of weeks.
Didn't have a serious injury though.

This whole last half was Matt trying to convince the doctor that he s ok to do stuff sounds like my daughter trying to convince me eating a ton of sugar is ok even though I know the risks I had to rewind the gym part it made me laugh

Can t train currently much either, got some numb feelings in my hands.
Gotta take time off, it is indeed difficult to hold yourself back! I m glad to at least not be injured.
