I cook for the Fam but myself bored with what shall I eat and no I can't be arsed to eat the same as the Fam.
I'm not Anorexia, foods not everything.
I drink lots of fluids a none smoker as this also suppresses appetites. If I go out for a meal I'll have soup but no bread roll.

I m from Jamaica. My next suggestion would be to make it either all Jamaica day foods or to make it more inclusive Caribbean foods the entire day.
My typical menu for the day-
Breakfast - ackee and salt fish with fried dumplings or boiled, yam and banana.
Lunch - can be almost anything of your choice. Just make related to the Caribbean
Dinner - rice and peas and your choice( fried chicken or oxtail or stew peas)
Please try to get it from a someone authentic Caribbean restaurant. I ve what some of the restaurant try to call Caribbean cuisine. It really isn t.

All the healthy eating gym bunnies are ashamed to be British and look down on proper British grub lol. Kids being fed organic since day, it s unrealistic for 95% of the country. You ain t getting in Matts shape tho eating hearty British dinners tho
