In this episode I go over whether or not you can gain 10 lbs of muscle, dried milk powder for bodybuilding, weight gain recipes, and healthy carb sources on-the-go musclemonsters: There are a number of things you can do to correct this muscle imbalance. First I would start of by focusing on dumbbell training (or any machine that allows you to train each side individually. Chances are, one side is a little weaker. Train both sides equally with the same workload even if one side still has enough power to push further. The lagging side will catch up eventually.

Meh in that case you must know that you are actually eating enough. I don't think this guy knows what eating enough means. He can't seem to put on weight. The only thing to do that is to eat enough to gain weight. So yes I'd recommend counting in the beginning so you know roughly how much to eat

It is not possible to target fat from a specific part of the body, the idea is simply to decrease your overall bodyfat. In different people, the fat will come from different places first. Keep cutting fat and eventually they will be gone: )

I think its a great supplement that WILL work if taken consistently for enough time. The most noticeable effect will be strength gains. which goes hand in hand with building muscle.
