My calories are now at about 11 times my bodyweight in pounds, I'm getting the right amounts of protein, carbs and fat and at the right times from the right foods (I only eat clean and I have a carb fefeed every week too. Is there anything else I could do? Thanks a bunch

Another great video man. I'm gonna start some HIIT this week I think after weights. I've managed to get pretty lean around my arms, shoulders and chest, but the abs still aren't coming. I'm close and want to push for the best results possible. What cardio did you do?

Is it 15 min of hiit total or 15 min of sprinting? And does hiit burn muscle? Also, just in case u didnt get my message earlier, i yt pm so please check ur inbox. I really need help creating a full body workout schedule bucause splits arn't working with my schedule

Did i understand you correctly, during your cut, you would exercise just 45 mins in A WEEK? (15 min HIIT on 3 days of the week)
