I think it is also best to consider which body type you have. I believe cardio hinders bulking on ectomorphs. I myself is an ectomorph and i observed i dont gain weight when i do cardio after my weight lifting. But when i stopped doing cardio, i noticed some gains. I dont know with mesomorphs and the 3rd body type thouth.

Seems to me that cardio only helps as you only rest 30 secs to 1 min during bodybuilding/ size gaining phases and its better to not be out of breath and not ready for the next set in that time. Good video

Sup Alain, skinny guy here. thinking of starting to hit the gym and did a little research and came across your Bony to Brawny program. would u still recommend it? or would mass in a flash work better?

I believe cardio also helps to metabolize certain things and engages certain reactions that you don't get when weight training. I believe both are important.
