Losing weight is simple: burn more calories than you consume-it-s basic physics. Once you understand the laws of thermodynamics-particularly the first one -Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only altered in form. --you can begin to understand the simplicity by which we lose, gain, or maintain body mass. What does this mean to you? Simple. If you-re not losing weight, you-re eating too much (or moving too little. If you can manage to expend more energy than you-re consuming, you-ll lose weight, period. It can, however, be easier said than done. So I-ve put together 9 easy-to Men: What happened to the guys from the earlier videos? Did the Muscle Monsters management simply want a change or was there a -falling-out-? Please inform. Thanks.

The stuff regarding water is wrong. Drink when your thirsty, eat when your hungry. You don't get the urge to eat when your actually thirsty. That is a myth. Also it is not healthy to overdrink water which is likely if you are drinking when you are not thirsty. This screws up your electrolyte balance.
Replacing fats in order to reduce overall caloric intake sounds like a great idea until you factor in satiation. Fat takes much longer to digest and therefore keeps you feeling fuller for a longer period of time. Therefore you're likely to eat less frequently when fat is included in your diet. Removing fat in order to reduce calorie intake is bad advice.

It's unlikely your body confuses dehydration/thirst with hunger, as hydration is much more tightly regulated for survival than hunger. (Edit: in general, you can go weeks without eating any food, but you will die within a few days without water) It would be maladaptive if your body couldn't accurately sense a lack of water. Why does drinking more before/during a meal sometimes help you feel less hungry/more full? Simple: stretch-sensing mechano-receptors in your GI tract. This is a much more likely explanation for why hydrating properly would aid in satiety.

Whats up, got a couple of solid ideas from this vid, thank you. It's rather exciting just watch all those extra pounds go away week after week, isn't it? Nevertheless, being starving and tired all day long can make it seem to be impossible unless you happen to be following a strategy such as Jenessa Venspurke-s online guide. It isn-t magical but definitely works for those who just stick to the simple and easy recommendations.

I started taking those Whey protein powder drinks, 30 g of protein per cup. I also recently had a blood test, and it came back my creatine level was high. They say that protein can raise the creatine level and affect the kidneys, so should I stop taking Whey protein powder because my creatine level is high, or will drinking much more water even out my creatine levels?
