I totally agree with everything you said. I'm 51 years old and I divorced my x 21 years ago. And realized that every thing that was toxic about her has transformed into all of our children. Now grown. And I recently stop all contact with them. And I feel so much better. Be blessed

Awesome video man. Alot of my friends were toxic so I cut them off completely was hard yes but it had to be done. It doesn't matter if I'm a loner now cuz really all you need is a healthy relationship with yourself
