When I eat my 4000 kcals all the fiber (i'm trying to avoid meat and animal products 4 days of the week) I'm always bloated and I fart so much its like I breathe in through my mouth and breathe out through my asshole haha

I have been strugguling to finish all my food, I never finish it completely, I take long, for example if it's a hot bowl of soup I slowly eat it because it is heated so I eat it so it may cool off a bit; or when I am eating meat, I take long to finish because it takes time to chew it so I can digest it. So my issue is that I would never gain weight if I don't finish all my food and on time but I struggle. Even if it's a lasagna I never finish, but the truth is I eat food that my taste buds don't comply with but I eat it either way for the sake of gaining. Plus I never have time to eat 6 meals a day because most of the time I am rather occupied or because Im just simply broke to buy enough. Is there a way or a tip you can give me regarding this issue? There's actually a lot to cover about this but I don't want to be writing a book in the comment section. I would be happy if you can help me, thank you for the video as well.

Can you please suggest me advise.
I am 27, 5 10 and have 65 wieght. i want to gain wieght and muscles. i am not going to gym right now. but iam taking whey protien and approximately 80 to 90 gram protien in total. i want to gain wieght upto 70 to 72 kg before i start gym. am i right or should i start gym right now?

I am a 14 year old boy and I have always been skinny. I eat completely healthy and steady meals, but I never get bigger. I started CrossFit and I love sports. I have visible muscle but when the shirt comes on, I am still so skinny. Please help. I stopped running and started with free and body weights.

Alain Do you know what causes this? When I'm doing row movements such as tbar even when I go light my back rounds although I try retracting my shoulder blades and arching my back, you know how I can fix it? Thanks: )

I hate when skinny guys think they can never get bigger. I'm naturally skinny but I transformed my body doing some of these things. I also shared some tips on what I did to get bigger recently. Great Video man

But other instructors say that you shouldn't enjoy the workout, every set you should not look forward to because it should be hard. I'm confused now can anyone clarify?
