3 Forgotten Advantages of Being a Skinny Hardgainer p128sniper: Hey can you please reply to me. Not sure if you have a video in this alrdy but I have a question. I'm almost 6 foot and weigh only about 143lb now. I'm started to workout about a month ago and am trying to eat a lot and seeing some results but not much yet. I'm now trying to workout 5 days a week having Thursday and Sunday and rest days. I'm doing the usual split with chest and bicep one day then shoulders and triceps next then legs, then back and legs. Not in this exact order then I throw in abs in there too sometimes. Do you think this is good? Should I try a different method or split being a beginner, do I need to workout more frequently or is those 5 days enough? Thanks, I am gaining weight slowly, I went from 133 to 143 in about 2-3 months but I'm only working put about a month so a lot of it is fat.

Such truth here, Alain!
As an -Easygainer-, I have always envied those in the -Hardgainer- camp, but I'm certain the struggles are just as real over there. The grass is always greener on the other side! ;D
