damn i need to eat more food then im, stuck at 155lbs, im 5'6 and im at 2, 767kcal per day. 375c, 170p, 62f. If I add an extra 200kcal. where would you recommend i wud add them from? carbs, fats or protein? and by the way u looking beast and like always amazing videos.

You need to cut your videos down rather than you speaking for 6 minutes straight. Or use some music or something. They are not very entertaining at all but I see the potential

Great video again, keep it up - I'm 16, working out for about 6 months and am beginning a long term clean bulk to put on some size
