5 Ways to Eat More Food - Weight Gain Tips for Skinny Guys sergio: Hi Alain. My name is Sergio. I have been watching your videos and I find them very informative and useful. Seems everyone out there has tons of programs for people that are over weight but pretty much no one really has any focus on the other side of the coin. The people that are skinny and have a very hard time gaining lean weight or any weight at all. I need your help bro. Please help me figure out this nutritional formula. I do p90x but I feel that the program itself is again focused only on the people that are over weight. I'm 152lbs right now. I want to gain lean mass. I calculated the numbers based on your math. Looks like I'm suppose to consume 2, 482 calories a day. Which I broke down into 160 grams of protein, 60 grams of fats, and 311 grams of carbs. I'm beginning this tomorrow based on your suggestion. What do you think about this plan? Please any feedback is gold. I want to make a change, not a little change but a big change. Please help.

I'm a telecommunications technician too. So I'm active all day. 10 hours to be exact. It's not construction or anything like that. But I don't walk around all day long, climb leaders, basically moving. Wonder how many calories I burn there average.

Sorry, forgot to ask. How much cardio should I do? Because p90x has tons of it. I think that is not a good thing for a
Hardgainer.
