there is some increase in strength but not much and growth seems very little. diet is not perfect (much better than average guy's diet though) but definitely getting recommended protein.
gained a few pounds. never been fat neither skinny. i don't know what is going wrong.

Same for me, problem is I feel my arms are holding me back to get a bigger chest. My chest is genetically my best, but stomach and legs aren't responding at all, any advice to anything? Training almost 2 years now

if you determine that a body part need more work than another and you increase the frequency of training that bodypart would it be over working the bodypart and lead to not getting any gains?
