Similarly, going from high volume to low volume - high intensity, I feel can also be a good way switch it up. IMO you can't be training intensely if you're doing more than 5 sets per muscle group

I'm doing one str day for chest and one -hypertrophy- day. 15 sets of 5 reps, incline bench + incline dumbell + dips. Is that too much or too little for strength? Then after 4 days I do 15 sets of 10 reps, low rest.

I'm hardly getting my chest grow but it's not the issue with me since I'm getting gain anyway, my problem that I have my left chest bigger than the right one!
What do you suggest to fix this please?

It's not pec major AND clavicular head as if they're separate. The clavicular head is part of the pec major and then you have the sternocostal head which is the lower half of the pec major.

Great video! If I may ask a off-topic question, do you think I should consume 1, 0 g or 1, 5 g x my bodyweight in protein? I'm currently 19 years old and a ectomorph/mesomorph body type.
