Are Your Genetics Keeping You Skinny? xXRennocXx: I-m skinny and ik most people won-t read this but please. The BEST way to gain muscle as a skinny person is to dirty bulk. Ik it sounds bad but please. basically every day ive been drinking muscle milk with chocolate milk for maximum protein. But you have to work out every day and keep on a good schedule. It way more simpler than you think. I pretty much eat whatever and work it off. If you don-t work it off it will turn into fat that-s why you have to keep a good schedule so that the stuff you eat and drink help towards rebuilding that broken muscle. Dirty bulks aren-t the best in the fitness world point of view but it-s most affective for skinnier people trust me. Just eat and lot and work out. Please just try it. I-m living proof of this

Although poorly worded, I think you understand my point. Genetics WILL dictate the rate at which you build muscle and how much muscle you build, but it won't vary greatly among the majority. How you end up looking once you've achieved some muscle growth, however, will be significantly different from person to person.

Genetic plays very big role though, I have a friend from Kenya who haven't work out even once in his life, I pushed him to come and join me at the university gym, after like 2 weeks he already have a 3D delt, I mean come on I worked my ass off to achieve that not less than 1 year. btw I m Asian
Genetic is not fair

So are you basically saying that even though your amount of testosteron produced is below average, you'll still be able to gain sufficient muscles? Even if your body can not use the protein you are giving it and instead reject it? (bad sentences, sorry I'm French)

Skinny genetics is the best in my opinion. Too big is nasty and slow sometimes. Not too skinny but strong. Your faster and can get better at sports. Don-t get me wrong, you can still be big, look good, strong, and fast. (No homo)

Hi, May I ask whether you ever had to take appetite stimulants of any kind? If so, are there any side effects that you have experienced? Thanks

Great Video, sir! How old were you when starting lifting? And what weight? And what height? How much do you weight now? And what's your height?
