How to Get Bigger (and stronger) with Progressive Overload StevieB72: great video. thank you. i do not know if it will help anyone, but i have found that i am growing right now the best i ever have and my workouts are 2 exercises per muscle group at 5 sets of 10. once i can get all 50 reps on BOTH exercises i move the weight up on one or the other and never go back down. example. my last push day i finally got after 5 workouts, flat bench 5x10 at 185 and 5x10 incline DB press at 60. Next push day i will go to 5x10 at 185 on flat bench and 5x10 on DB press at 65. next time i get all reps i will move up in weight on flat bench. I am getting stronger all the time and progressing pretty nicely. i understand that many of you are MUCH stronger than me but i am 45 years old, worked out for less than 3 years and am only 5'8- and 160# so i feel like i am really doing well. Any HELPFUL comments to improve what i do will be appreciated
