7 Laws of Lifting for Muscle Growth (The Keys to Fast Mass) Nick: Great video. regarding progressive overload, as a natural bodybuilder, especially one who has been lifting for many years, adding weight or even adding just reps eventually hits a wall. And you can-t just keep adding sets because there is obviously a ceiling on what you can recover from. I think for natural intermediate or advanced bodybuilders we have to rely on metabolic stress and going to failure, and just taking the progression as it comes. Your thoughts?

all truthful and good advices. regarding carbs be sure of using the best quality really fast burning ones (like from fruits) cuz i have read tht lots of types of cancer feed on carbs so the more y have got in store the faster it will expand. hopefully never to any1 but better be on guard. peace: )

Question for you sir, how does this equation applies to a 59 year old man? The Doctor said to me, - no muscle gains- when I said I was going back into the gym. Yes I see Sylvester, Sean Penn and others my age and older getting muscle gains.
Thank you for your response

I have a bad back hard to incorporate all the heavy lifts. I do as much as possible but still walk away with pain. Just not overboard. Oh well better than nothing i guess.
