Heading to South America on a work assignment for 4 months, and won't have access to a gym or weights. Have 2 light kettlebells (12 kg each. A chin up bar. A rope for skipping. And that's about it. Have been training my whole life, a swimmer in College (MSU. Love to workout hard on these assignments as it keeps me from getting in trouble. Need some advice. Thanks.

8: 27 Ahaha yee buddy I was waiting for that. The swing has to be one of my favorites. I can def. see how this primes us getting all those stretches in the legs where all that blood can flow, maybe trigger some testosterone production, to just ABS SMASH that new weight/extra rep/pr! I wish you all a healthy in body and in mind. Cheers

Great video! I felt really stiff on my last leg day and it really effected my performance and mindset for the whole session, maybe this could help, but i'll avoid the frog stretches, don't want to get kicked out of my gym!

but that looks like a workout in itself. are you sure it will not take away from your performance later on during the actual workout?
