In this video, you will learn: - How many times per week you should train your biceps - How to 'cheat' your way to bigger arms - The best rep range for bigger biceps - The 3 mechanisms of hypertrophy: Mechanical Tension, Metabolic Stress, and Muscle Damage - and how to incorporate them into your training for better results! It's everything you need to know how to get bigger biceps, even if you're a naturally skinny guy. Which of these bicep growth hacks will you implement first? Comment below! Who says you have to sacrifice volume if you go for higher weight? You say you could just -body english- it, but why not just add an extra set? Say you do 3 sets of 8 with a certain weight. You could also do it with a higher weight, but 4 sets of 6. It's the same number of reps, but higher volume and intensity. The only sacrifice is time, but I feel like it better to spend more time, instead of sacrificing form.

I am sorry but the first tip is pure BS. If you train your biceps 3 times a week plus you train your back at least once per week then you have basically 4 biceps training per week. That's waaaay tooo much. Train your biceps once a week but train it hard and you won't have problems growing muscle. And of course eating is important. No matter what you eat, you must eat.

Hey bro, As you said about frequency, 3 times Training per week I can't train as per you said. Because it takes 3 days to recover a single muscle group. even though I'm taking a good diet and consuming high protein. but its not recovering, so its not possible on frequency.

I have a question! I used to be a swimmer and we trained 6 to seven days a week, so theres not much recovery time.
Why do we progress more by training frequently in sports such as swimming, but we do not in lifting?

Imagine seeing a video without pointless fluff and dribbling rambles just for the length. A straight to the point video, about 1 minute long. That person would forever gain my respect. Haven't found one like that yet.

Thanks! This was surprisingly very helpful. So many other videos out there talk to much without showing what to actually do. Here, you were straight to the point! Appreciate it!
