Wreck Diving And Swimming 220ft Deep With No Air Tank - Christian Wedoy & Davide Dameno Freediving mushroom: All right, Christian! I recently came back from the pool, and I have to tell you - it was awesome. I swam across the entire 30 meter reservoir underwater on one breath numerous times, and dived down to the complete bottom of it - which is about 5 or 6 meters deep, and hovered around there for about a minute to two each session. I learned of how to use the pressure equalizing technique properly, and banished my fear of the breathing urge, thanks to your earlier tip!
Also, about that - should I actually be afraid of the CO2 buildup in my lungs, or not? Is it okay to ignore the feeling?

Was thar 220 feet deep at 4: 17? I know on the first dive with the freediving suit and line, that you went that deep. But you really went nearly as deep the time you dove under that coral?

How you dont get cold so deep underwater without any wear! I can not dive up to 5 m. At summer without getting cold

I think maybe a good contingency plan a cameraman on the side with full underwater gear tanks included
