Hey I would like to ask if there is any way of combining hyperventilation and mamal reflex. Because when hyperventilating my puls goes up. If I could use mamal reflex to lower my puls it would be sweet. Is it possible?
Ps. Ik hyperventilating is not good technique but its fun: )

I'm a scuba diver and I always use earplugs even at 60m deep but they are specials for, with a small hole that allow the air to get out and prevent water from entering.

There is an earplug specifically designed for diving (e. g, proplug. The earplug that you have used as an example, is only suitable for suface swimming.
