We will do some drills to improve your swimming technique, distance per stroke and some speed. it is 1900 meters or yards long. Hi could someone please clarify what to do in the warm up? Im assuming swim is freestyle 50m. Kick im assuming just using your legs 50m. Front or back? And where do you put your arms by your side? Pull im not sure? Arms only maybe? Much appreciated looking forward to trying this out and the others.

i love it but Can u explain a bit more? . and when is the rest? after every full set? . or after every round. and rest for how long
and isn't a 4x25 is the same as 2x50 or 100? . or do u mean i should rest between every 25? .

Hi! I like all your videos. They are so motivating. I liked this workout since I practiced twice. But I need more programs like this. Can you add more, at least on the paper?

Keep it up! I have a suggestion, make more videos like this for sprinters ( 50 and 100m. we have just so few information available about how to develop a really fast freestyle.

Tried the workout, particularly liked the second set. Kinda struggled there, but i feel i have improved my gliding technique and kicks. Hope to see more freestyle workouts!

I know this video is old, but what do I do when I only have a 50m pool? Its kinda hard to guess where the 25m are, so that I can for example change the pace there

I would love to find the programs on your website, but impossible. Can you explain me where it is? In Freestyle #2 it's not the same ( in strokes & others.

that was ferry helpfull i tried it in today's practis and it's helped my shoulders and albow technique. can you make an other betterfly kick technique=)

Awesome workout finally understood high elbow. What's the secret in the second set doing less strokes? Felt I was cheating and doing it wrong. Thanks.

I have a hard time understanding this workout. Can you please explain what does 50 swim, 50 kicks ND 50 pulls mean? Should I do all together?

Can you make an easier one? Lmao I can only make it the other side of the pool once before I almost die and have to take a 2 minute break

I would like it if you made one for butterfly. It is hard for me to make a good butterfly workout because it is so tiring.
