You needed to keep a straight back. Practicing good form is very important. Your weights could of also been too heavy. This would cause your back to hunch, and prevent you from getting the most out of your workout. You would get the best results by using weights that you can take your time using and your muscles only hurt after about 15 repetitions. If your using weights that are too heavy for you your workout won't be as effective because You'd be using the momentum to pull the weights instead of your muscles.

Hey! I am facing difficult situation. I take a healthy diet and I am not so thin however my shoulder bone is visible. I am not talking about the collar bone. It's my shoulder bone that is visible due to which I am unable to wear off shoulder dress or tops as it doesn't looks good and give you a scare crow look. please give some tips what should I do? --

Hey how can I get feminine shoulders because I have shoulders that go down instead of straight to the side. And with that my neck is not long enough and it's getting irritating. I don't know Joe to explain it that much. I just want female shoulders Starting from the neck to the end of my shoulders. Please help.
