Crush it in 2014 with the best program for women What's our favorite holiday activity? Eating of course! Especially all those sweet Christmas treats. But that means we need to burn off the excess calories somehow. a great cardio and strength conditioning workout is the best way to do that! This winter workout is meant to be done outdoors. even better if there's a little snow on the ground since you can use it for resistance in some of the moves. Just like the stripes on a candy cane, we're going to alternate between cardio exercises and strength moves to get you an incredible holiday workout. The cardio conditioning will get your heart rate up to help you burn calories, and the strength moves like squats and lunges ensure that you're getting a full body workout and building muscle. First start out with a Jump Rope Warm Up for 3 minutes. Then moving right along, here's the Christmas workout: 1) Squats - 60 seconds 2) Pop Squats - 60 seconds 3) Lunge Backs - 30 seconds per side 4) Knee Ups -- 30 seconds per side 5) Side Reach -- 30 seconds per side 6) Jumping Jacks -- 60 seconds 7) Squat + Oblique Crunch -- 30 seconds per side 8) Bunny Hops -- 60 seconds 9) Soldier Kicks -- 60 seconds 10) High Knees -- 60 seconds 11) Lunge Sliders -- 60 seconds alternating 12) Ice Skaters -- 60 seconds Naomi: Thanks so much for the awesome videos.
