While I am perfectly ok with the fact that meat is not the only source of protein, it is a big mistake to not say that some essential amino acids you can only receive from meat, and you need to eat meat to stay healthy. May be not as much as modern people eat, but you need it. And if you don't mention it, some not very smart people will start saying -see, you don't need meat to be healthy and strong- referring to your video.

Every morning I eat cauliflower oats. Half rolled oats, half riced cauliflower. Frozen blueberries and raspberries mixed in, along with some spices. Can't even taste the cauliflower, but the texture is amazing. I'm so addicted!
