That's why we created this cocktail dress workout for you. because we know that just because it's cold outside doesn't mean we don't still want to look great in winter formal wear!
This new years workout can be done at home or outside. It's a full body workout with upper body exercises, lower body exercises and abs moves. and can be done in about 15 mins.
Do the following moves for a great total body New Years workout!
1) Leg Kicks -- A great leg shaping move.
2) 1 Arm Pushup -- Perfect to tone muscles in the arms, shoulders and chest.
3) Pistol Squats -- Make for a serious leg workout.
4) Standing Toe Taps -- Great abs exercise.
5) Side Plank Oblique Lift -- Add this to you abs workout
6) Lunge Slider -- A great leg exercise to do in the snow.
7) Leg Lifts -- Lots of variations on this abs exercise.
