Geez I been training years and find step 1 to be a killer to it also exposes which side of you is weaker for me my left side which I can understand all those years playing football/soccer when I was younger and using my right foot mainly to shoot, pass and tackle but nevertheless determined to get to the end no matter how long it takes

This is just too advanced and I have a slight bad knee, my question/comment is, can another exercise that is not so strenuous achieve the same result? This looks like unless you are very flexible, it'd do more harm than good.

Plz plz answer me I wanna lose fats from the upper part expecially breast and arms is there execersises should I avoid in order to not giving me big shape with big muscle?

Could you do pull up progression? I've heard that assisted pull ups are actually not beneficial for progressing to a real pull up. Is that true? Thank you!
