These are not exercises designed to get you from being unfit to being fit. You need to establish a high level of strength and fitness before you can attempt most of these. At best this is another ego, look what I can do videos.

In case anyone's wondering, they are two different people in the thumbnail. The guy on the left is Luke Hemsworth, Chris' older brother. Whatever gets the views I guess.

Reminds me of the 70s with Charles atlas and the A3 size sheet with exercise postures. It worked for me.

Careful with exercise 5. I could see it being easy for your hands to push out the chairs which then leads to falling on your head.
