Tired of seeing morons berate this man because of pathetic observations, do you seriously expect him to gain weight then rip it off just to prove it works? How about applying a little common sense, IR is showing people possibilities without the need to buy expensive gym equipment, he's not saying that this is the greatest and only workout that gets results, just that it worked for him and it could for you too. And, if this doesn't work for you, it does not mean that this exercise does not work, everyone is different and you just have to find what's best for you. Great work Ivan keep it up.

Be more specific, it wasn't only plank.
It was Plank + Aerobics 2-4 times a week + Diet, plank doesn't effect the obliques so u also did obliques exercises like Russian twist.

In 30 days actually nothing happens, unless you follow diet chart too. I am doing it too, (only plank ) however its really helpful in long run.

Bro you just bloated your belly for the before scenes. You already had those abs, but yeah still plank is a good exercise.
