100 Rep Workout from Prague Zuzka Light Randy: So, I was thinking about the pistol squats the other day and it occurred to me that if I weigh about 200 pounds I will have to be able to press at least 180 pounds with each leg! Total bodyweight minus my calf, depending on which leg I am standing on at the time! Long way to go! Correct me if I am wrong please!

Watched you for a few years now and have to say your HIITS routines are amazing. I like that you sweat and look exhausted like normal people so we know you really are working out not editing.

I never seen her wear her hair in a bun! lol looks good and love the boots too! but are they really comfortable to workout in?
