Many people (including my old self, have this wrong idea that to exercise you need at least 30 minutes to an hour each session. But the more I research and see this kind of videos, I realize that to get fit, you do not need that much time. It is all about intensity even in a short period of time. hey Z, is it 5 flows, 20 swings, then 5 flows, 20 swings, 5 flows, 20 swings, etc or is it just 5 flows the first time then 1 in between? i guess ill just do what feels good. could you/do you have more first thing when you wake up 5 minute workouts? combining that with a before shower workout and a before bed workout and a regular workout would be so cool

omg! Yes Yes Yes! kettle bell swings are my favorite but I injured myself. your tip about being able to see the logo on ur shirt helped. now I can go without back injury. so I guess I was dipping my upper body too far! thank u thank u thank u!

hi, I really like your workout video. could I start with 10 pound kettle bell? or is that too light? I weigh 120 and I am doing it for my first time. thank you
