I-ve been doing your workouts, jo and the result is amazing! I am 40 years old. I was 64 kilos, now i am 58 kilos! I am doing intermittent fasting as well, 4X/week. First 2mos, no progress. I weighed still the same. Until my friends noticed that i have lost weight. I-ve been consistent doing your workout. I am not even cutting any carbs. But i eat moderately and i eat more veggies and fruits. I maintain my weight below 60. And i am happy about it. Thanks, Jo.

Yesterday mark 8 days doing multiple workout with Jo. from this workout to Kpop, 3 Mile, 4 mile and 5 mile. my backline muscle has shown. really shock. never in mylife i see my backline muscle. Gonna keep moving with Jo until i get to my ideal weight. but importantly. my health

Day 5 of working out, and this is the first time since after having my baby that I-m sticking to something. These video leave me sweating so much, I did half of the video this morning and just finished the whole video for tonight.

Love the variety in your workouts every time I search I find another one that I like. I was wondering is it possible to have a standing ab workout without twists? Doc says not to twist but strengthen the core -

Got up to 10mins with this one after doing one of your 28min workouts. Today I couldn't push any further but I'm definitely taking a 15min jog later in the afternoon. Thanks for the inspiration Jo

I just started your workouts exactly a week ago. No diet at all and I lost 3lbs. Started off at 154lbs and now I-m 151lbs I-m going to keep going until I reach my goal of 130lbs
