Starting to find the appreciation of self care in working out. It-s like at first I was doing to lose weight and of course take better care of myself but since my work schedule has gotten really busy and I had to cut down 5 days to 3 it-s like I see the self care in it more and the appreciation of it. Yes it-s tiring and sometime I gotta pray to God to push me through but in the end it-s on a whole different satisfaction level. Like even though I-m huffing and puffing I feel more peace in myself and more calm. It-s like I-m getting a better understanding of self care within exercise, thanks Jo -

on Thursday 2/2/2022 I felt so amazing after doing this workout. I did 10 Min HOTT CArdio and! 0 min Tabata immediately after. I ate a hearty breakfast and about 1 hour later I felt so tired. took a nap for 1 hr. I had so much energy in the evening - thought i could do a light 10 minute exercise on Friday. NOPE! when i got in the bed on Thursday evening lets just say every muscle in my body was sore, but it felt good! Friday I had a rest day and resumed on Saturday (today. i will do this combo when i know for sure i will have a complete rest day to follow. Thanks jo for having such a great variety!

Have I really ruined myself to the point that I just don't feel extreme burn? Doing AB workout for like 2 years for 2 hours in the last year too but this is my first time today doing cardio as fun as this but I don't feel extreme burn. Maybe I'll have to add more of your videos to get that extra dose!
Will be doing this from now on. Lets see what happens to my body.

The soundtrack always gets me when doing the workouts and what keeps me coming back to Jo's workouts. Loving it! Added some weights when doing this one and when finished, I came back to a particular song from 25mins in and danced in my kitchen for 20mins. Feeling ready for the day

So, I did jumping jacks instead of those 10-sec steps and as a 5'6 tall woman (130 lbs) I burned exactly 301 active calories. Thank you for this workout it was fun and didn't feel like 40 minutes! :D
