15 Min Full Body Daily Stretch for Tight Muscles, Soreness & Flexibility - Grow with Jo

When you are sore, tired and just want to rest, its most likely the best idea for your body! Getting a stretch in can help you speed up your recovery process and help your muscles elongate so that when you are working out you are getting proper (and full) range of motion in your exercises Stretching daily can also be a form of self care and can help increase mobility and decrease back, knee, and shoulder pain. If you are experiencing intense pain, that is not normal, please consult your doctor or physiotherapist before proceeding with exercise or even stretches. During todays stretch, I want you to focus on breathing in confidence and breathing out doubt. Take nice deep breaths, and take your time with the stretches. This is a moment for you to recollect your thoughts, enjoy the music, and give your body the love it deserves. If you have the extra time to do this before bed or first thing when you wake up in the morning, you will for see a noticeable difference in your energy levels, in your recovery time, and the effectiveness of your workouts! I like this one a lot. After a workout with weighs or just after a warm up, it feels amazing. And it makes me feel calm (also a little sleepy) but very very calm. Like my thoughts don't rush like crazy in my head anymore. So thank you very much.
Also I like to add something: I'm doing your workouts for a couple of weeks and I want to thank you. First my goal was to loose some weight (that is it still, but not my priority. I think it was after a few days or a week. My energylevel was BOOM! I could walk up the stairs, instead of the usual steps. It blow my mind. If I could achieve this, what will happen after a few weeks or months or even years. Also my mood changed, but in the very positive way. I think I smile a lot more? And my thinking also changed in the positive way (I still have sometimes really bad moods, but it's less.
So thank you very much for changing my life in a VERY VERY GOOD way.
Funny side note: If I don't want to workout on a day, I hear your voice in my head that says: You have to stay consistent.
And then I'm like, come on you can do this.

I work at a group home with 5 developmentally disabled women. Two of our residents (M and L) have been working out to your videos everyday. M has lost over 50 lbs. She has been asking us to find an address for you so she can write you and tell you her progress.
I don't know if you will see this, but they want me to tell you thank you and they wish you would bring Bentley out more. They also love the clothes you work out in.

Hi! I-m a huge fan and I-m trying to lose weight and I loved the Encanto video so I was wondering if you could do another one with songs like all of us or Columbia or waiting on a miracle or some mini songs! So if anyone else liked that one please like so she can see!

Hi Jo, hope you good? I was wondering if you have some full body exercises or stretches for people suffering with knee pain, arthrose and some advice on how to avoid pain. for the rest I do your morning workouts everyday and itsreally helpful, thanks.

I love this video! I have some balance/coordination issues which usually make stretching and yoga routines frustrating for me but this one I can easily follow all the way through! My neck/shoulders/back definitely thank you. :)

That stretch was AMAZING! My muscles have always been excruciatingly tight so I almost cried a lot doing this, but hopefully I can loosen them up if I do this routine everyday. Thanks - for another awesome video -

I really hope you do more videos like these! I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and working out has been so hard. I feel like this video is a great start.
