Just did my first workout with you! Yesterday was an eyeopener for me - saw the doctor and my weight kicked me in the face. I thought I felt good, but my numbers and blood pressure were saying otherwise. This was the first one I thought of, and I'm so glad I did! I have not worked out in 2 years? I'll be back again tomorrow for a new one! You're fun to follow!

This is JUST what I-ve been looking for! I-ve been doing Leslie Sansone workouts as a source of low intensity cardio but it-s TOO low for my fitness level and i honesty don-t want to listen to her talk the entire time anymore - These workouts are just challenging enough for me and most of all - FUN!

I had covid last week and came here looking for something less intense to get me back into working out. This was much more challenging than I expected but it was easy to take it at my own pace when I needed to. I had great fun and you will be part of my regular workouts from now on!

I was looking for a walking video and I found you. I am so happy! I am 55 and recently had a hip replacement, going through menopause and had weight gain. I do one of your workouts every day. You have such a great vibe, and it's so enjoyable.

Loved this workout! But I didn't get in 5k steps! I only got like 3, 500. Your exercises aren't boring and keep you going! Felt great after!
