Hey buff dudes, love your videos alot, you guys honestly motivate me so much to lift, im 16 and ive been lifting for six months and i went from 50 kg to 58 kg( probably some height growth and water weight too, anyways could you guys tell me if im 5'5 inches should i get the xs shirt or small, also do u guys ship to australia? thx alot for answering!

Working my way through tomb raider as well.
I'm liking the garage workouts. It's easier to stay fit working out from home. I have two kids and it's nice to escape for an hour a day without worrying about who's going to watch them.

i think im gonna do the Buff Dudes' 12 week plan then after that's done start on Rich Piana's 4 month 30 pound of muscle but die at the end plan

I was deadlifting yesterday, 5x5. Now my back is hurting. A LOT. What should I do? I try to strech it, but it hurts when I'm doing it.

for unilateral seated calf raise I find it more comfortable to put the plates on the opposite side to the leg doing the work
