Anyone able to help? I-m doing the exercise in a perfect form nice and slow but I can feel it more in my glutes than in my legs my glutes are growing but my legs arent really- anyone know what to do?

Wow! Thank goodness for this video! I thought I was doing it wrong it was my first time doing this workout and everything you said I did really felt it lol feels good

One thing we do at my gym is put our feet higher up on the plate, that almost forces you to use your heels to push! You guys are awesome keep doing what you're doing!

just finished PT for my knee. i had lost all muscle in my right leg. after 6 weeks of PT, i've been released to do leg lifts and this will be incorporated.

Usually I do set: single leg press and then split squat - and legs, glutes, hamstrings just are burning)
