Barbell curls - biceps - how-to exercise tutorial - Buff Dudes Loose: I been doing these like CRAZY! I found my wrists feel better with this than the strain i feel with an EZ bar curl. weird, because an EZ bar is curved BECAUSE its a better wrist position. but it really just depends on the person, straight or curvd bar.
Hit me 105lbs max on EZ bar, and since then i can knock out 105 for reps, now i wana reach me 135lbs on barbell curl! Just to hit a 45lb plate on each side, lol. (at 115lbs so far, probly can hit 125, but def not 135 yet) that's as much as some people can only do on bench press. XD

HOLD UP! this raise a very curious question for me. I understand doing curls in the squat rack is a big no no, but is it still so if you're using the same bar? Obviously with dumbbells piss off to an area that's not the squat rack. But he's. He's using the same bar. Does that still classify in the same group?

I-ve noticed people at my gym do a stance when they do a standing barbell curl? Like one foot forward slightly bending the knee while the other foot is shifted back. I get they-re trying to prevent locking their knees but does it matter? If how you stand in do a curl?

-Buff Dudes, if I bicep curl just empty bar, and bar with just 5 pounds each side, will I, after finishing your 12 week curring plan, get buff dude guns?

is it that much different to do the barbell curls on that olympic barbell? it's pretty heavy on its own so most of the time I opt for the smaller ones

Do you tuck the hips under the spine or do you push butt out as the weight gets heavier. I've been told to stick my butt out. Confused.

BB curls always hurts my wrist, its like a cramp or sprain where i cant move it at all for a a bit, any tips or reasonings why?

I know which head got activated. Could you please repeat the how to in a more boring setting? Dat ass was too distracting.
